We want you to be happy with your jewelry. If it didn’t turn out how you expected, no worries—we’re here to help.

Returns

• You’ve got 7 days after your item shows up to send it back
• Please make sure it’s not used, and still in the same condition it arrived in
• To get started, just email us at Tmovchan1982@gmail.com—include your order number and why you want to return it
• If the piece isn’t broken or wrong, return shipping’s on you

Refunds

• Once your return gets to us and we check it out, we’ll send your money back
• Refunds go to the same card or account you used to pay
• It might take around 5 to 7 business days to show up on your end

Stuff You Can’t Return

• Custom or personalized pieces can’t be sent back unless they arrive damaged or there’s a mistake
• Gift cards are final sale and can’t be refunded
